All prices are per person in Canadian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Child rates are available.
INSURANCE:
Wild Tours International Ltd, DBA Wild BC Tours strongly recommends that you purchase cancellation/medical insurance at the time of booking. Contact a travel agent for details. It is your responsibility to ensure you have proper insurance coverage.
IDENTIFICATION:
For travel within Canada, you must carry at least one piece of picture identification bearing the same name as booked.
LUGGAGE:
Day Tours: One small carry-on bag is allowed.
Other suppliers used during this trip may have different baggage restrictions, please ask your booking agents at the time of booking.
MEALS:
Tour will include meals only when specified. Please check your documentation for details.  
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities on hotel portage, any included meals, drivers, guides are not included in prices and are at your discretion.  
TOUR ALTERATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS:
Wild Tours International Limited, DBA Wild BC Tours reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter all or any part of the services when necessary and advisable. Acts of God, traffic, accidents, airport and road conditions may necessitate alteration and result in interruptions.
Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption; however, Wild Tours International dba Wild BC Tours, and its suppliers are not liable for any loss arising from such changes and no refund will be issued. If Wild Tours International dba Wild BC Tours and Guiding cancels the entire tour prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of amount paid.
CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS:
The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party.  The authorization (verbal or written) to use a credit card number indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein regardless of whether you have signed the sale draft.
Credit card payments will be processed in Canadian funds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final, and tours are contracted to specific dates. If a client is unable to complete the contracted tour on the agreed date we reserve the right to invoke no refund policy, and require a completely new booking. In the interest of good customer service, we will endeavor to do our best to accommodate the desired modifications of the client. However we reserve the right to invoke our no refund policy and cancellations by the participant are considered as an unused portion of the tour and not refundable. All cancellations must be received by Wild Tours International dba Wild BC Tours and Guiding in writing. Please obtain a written notification that the booking is cancelled. 
AGENCY BOOKING POLICY: 
All bookings must be done in writing. Please obtain a confirmation in writing.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS:
Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability. A credit card guarantee of full payment is required at the time of booking.
Documentation
You will receive a written confirmation once full payment is received by Wild Tours International dba Wild BC Tours. If your tour includes tickets issued by a supplier used during the tour, they are subject to the terms & conditions specified by the issuing suppliers.
LIABILITY:
Wild Tours International Ltd DBA Wild BC Tours, its representatives, employees, agents, officers and directors, shall not be liable for  any damage to person or property, loss, injury, expense, or loss of life that may be suffered by you arising from or related  to the services provided by Wild Tours International dba Wild BC Tours. It shall not be liable for any delay, disappointment, stress, frustration, loss of enjoyment, whether physical or mental, resulting from any involuntary act or omission of Wild Tours International dba  Wild BC Tours Guiding, or its employees or contractors.  
LIABILITIES OF OTHER SUPPLIERS:
Wild Tours International DBA Wild BC Tours shall not be liable for services provided by bus lines, hotels, other tour companies, restaurants, attractions, and other independent parties during the tour. Their liabilities may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, international conventions and agreements.  
WAIVERS:
No person, other than a representative of Wild Tours International Ltd dba Wild BC Tours authorized by a document in writing may vary any  terms or conditions stated here and in other documentation. Written notice of any claim against Wild Tours International Ltd dba Wild BC Tours or its suppliers must be received on later than 10 days after the date the services were provided to a passenger. All terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.

Guides cannot accept payment from Credit Cards on the day of the tour.

REFUND POLICY: 
No refund for unused portion of tour packages
No refund of tour fees. All sales final.
Trip cancellation insurance in strongly recommended

Private tours go with a minimum of 2. 
Participants are required to inform the agent at the time of booking of any health concerns relevant to the successful completion of the tour.
