Space is limited for these private small group tours so to avoid disappointment book early.

All our tours run rain or shine. Sorry no refunds on account of weather.

Dear client;
We are a small business, catering to a very select clientele. Our refund policy which follows is copied directly from the example given by the other major tour operators with a some modifications to suit our special situation. Being a very seasonal operation, we count on the very few months of summer to make a major portion of our annual income. If we lose income for one day we can not make it up later. Therefore please carefully consider our policies before booking. Of course for any reason what so ever if we are not able to provide the service you have paid for we would naturally make a 100% refund, and refuse liability for any losses or inconvenience caused by said cancellation. PRICES:
All prices are per person in Canadian dollars and do not include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. 
CHILD RATES:
No Child rates are available.
INSURANCE:
Wild BC Tours and Guiding strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation/medical insurance at the time of booking. Contact a travel agent for details. It is your responsibility to ensure you have proper insurance coverage.
IDENTIFICATION:
For traveling within Canada, you must carry at least one piece of picture identification bearing the same name as booked.
ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation is deluxe rooms. Wild BC Tours and Guiding cannot guarantee special room types without prior notice. Please specify your  preference of smoking or non-smoking room at the time of booking. 
LUGGAGE:
Multi-day Tours: Maximum of 2 pieces of luggage not exceeding 30 kg or 60 lbs total.
Plus one small carry-on.
Day Tours: One small carry-on bag is allowed.
Other suppliers used during this trip may have different baggage restrictions, please ask your booking agents at the time of booking.
MEALS:
Tour will include meals only when specified. Please check your documentation for details. 
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities on hotel portage, any included meals, drivers, guides are not included in prices and are at your discretion. 
TOUR ALTERATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS:
Wild BC Tours and Guiding reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter all or any part of the services when necessary and advisable. Acts of God, traffic, accidents, airport and road conditions may necessitate alteration and result in interruptions.
Every effort will be made to minimize any disruption; however, Wild BC Tours and Guiding, and its suppliers are not liable for any loss arising from such changes and no refund will be issued. If Wild BC Tours and Guiding cancels the entire tour prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of amount paid.
CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS:
The credit card holder must be part of the traveling party. A card imprint with authorized signature should be faxed to: Wild BC Tours and Guiding  at 604-466 1649 The authorization (verbal or written) to use a credit card number indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein regardless of whether you have signed the sale draft.
Credit card payments will be processed in Canadian funds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received by Wild BC Tours and Guiding in writing. Please obtain a written notification that the booking is cancelled. Refer to the Payment & Refund below for refunds, if applicable. 
AGENCY BOOKING POLICY:
All bookings must be done in writing. Please obtain a confirmation in writing.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS:
Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability. A credit card guarantee of full payment is required at the time of booking.
Documentation
You will receive a written confirmation once full payment is received by Wild BC Tours and Guiding. If your tour includes tickets issued by a supplier used during the tour, they are subject to the terms & conditions specified by the issuing suppliers.
LIABILITY:
Wild BC Tours and Guiding , its representatives, employees, agents, officers and directors, shall not be liable for  any damage to person or property, loss, injury, expense, or loss of life that may be suffered by you arising from or related  to the services provided by Wild BC Tours and Guiding . It shall not be liable for any delay, disappointment, stress, frustration, loss of enjoyment, whether physical or mental, resulting from any involuntary act or omission of   Wild BC Tours and Guiding, or its employees or contractors. 
LIABILITIES OF OTHER SUPPLIERS:
Wild BC Tours and Guiding shall not be liable for services provided by bus lines, hotels, other tour companies, restaurants, attractions, and other independent parties during the tour. Their liabilities may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, international conventions and agreements. 
WAIVERS:
No person, other than a representative of Wild BC Tours and Guiding authorized by a document in writing may vary any  terms or conditions stated here and in other documentation. Written notice of any claim against Wild BC Tours and Guiding or its suppliers must be received on later than 10 days after the date the services were provided to a passenger. All terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
A deposit must be received to confirm your reservation. 
Deposit of 25% of tour fees is payable within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
Balance of fees payable 45 days prior to departure. Fees payable with:
Canadian or US cash (based on the current exchange rate)
Canadian or US Travelers checks (sorry we cannot offer change in US cash)
Visa, Master Card
Guides cannot accept payment from Credit Cards on the day of the tour.
Personal Cheques in advance.
REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are not refundable
No refund for unused portion of tour packages
Refund of Tours fee balance more than 45 days prior to departure is 100%. (Deposits are not refundable.)
Refund of Tour fee balance 45 to 30 days prior to departure 50%. (Deposits are not refundable.)
Refund of Tour fee balance 30 to 15 days prior to departure 25%. (Deposits are not refundable.)
No refund of tour fees less than 15 days prior to departure.(Deposits are not refundable.)
Trip cancellation insurance in strongly recommended
Tours Fees subject to change at any time.
Private tours go with a minimum of 2.
Participants are required to inform the agent at the time of booking of any health concerns relevant to the successful completion of the tour.
